For my long time readers, you know that I’ve had a link party running weekly here at Shaken Together for years. It is a labor of love to set up the post, get all the code updated, etc., etc. And maybe it’s even a little selfish because I get so inspired by all of the amazing things that are shared each week. But a few weeks ago, we had a bit of a family crisis. I haven’t talk about it here (I may), but as a result, I have been feeling this pull to simplify. To really pare down when and I where I spend my time. Unless you have a blog, it is really difficult to understand the amount of time it takes to brainstorm content, take photos, write the posts, promote said posts, participate in Facebook groups …. it goes on and on. And I love every bit of it. But something’s gotta give for me.

All of that to say this: I’ll be stepping down as a host from the Creativity Unleashed link party. The other girls are going to keep this rockin’ party up (with some shiny new faces!) and running and I’m still going to stop by every week to link up all of the stuff that I’ve been working on. Hopefully we can still be BFFs and you’ll stop by for whatever yummy new recipes and fun little craft projects I share
